Sowena Group are partnered with a high growth Manufacturing business, to appoint a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support business performance through financial insight, analysis, and strategic partnering. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders to improve decision making, drive profitability, and support planning and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge, and commercial insight.
- Produce reporting for senior leadership, including budgets, forecasts, business plans, and performance updates.
- Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support business cases, investment decisions, pricing, and commercial initiatives.
- Deliver clear and effective management information to support decision making.
- Contribute to process improvements across reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.
- Build strong relationships across teams and communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong financial modelling, analysis, and reporting capability.
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and strong commercial awareness.
- Proactive, organised, analytical, and results focused.
