Sowena Group is recruiting a Head of Pricing to own the pricing strategy, margin performance and the development of the pricing function. You will work with senior leadership, Finance, Sales, Operations and Procurement to maximise profitability while remaining competitive.
You’ll lead a pricing team, drive price increases, control discounts, and ensure price realisation aligns with contractual commitments and supplier costs.
