Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and support to help deliver strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business partner with commercial and operational teams to support performance and profitability.
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Provide insight into key drivers of revenue, margin, and costs.
- Support strategic projects, investment appraisals, and business cases.
- Develop financial models and performance reporting tools.
- Influence decision-making through data-led recommendations and challenge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and commercial outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and the wider business.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in a commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering role.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Ecommerce experience highly desirable
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a business.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex datasets.
- Experience within a large-scale, fast-moving business environment would be advantageous.
