Role Overview:

Sowena Group are supporting a fast-growing software company that is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join their finance team. The role is focused on financial planning, analysis, and reporting, supporting business decisions through accurate forecasting, modelling, and insight across P&L, balance sheets, and other key financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Analyse P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance, identifying trends and variances.
• Support month-end, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and scenario planning as required.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in FP&A, ideally in technology or commercial sectors.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/finance systems preferred.
• Ability to interpret and present complex financial information clearly.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
