Responsibilities:

  • The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team.
  • As a field marketer, you are the spider in the web; it’s your job to start the conversations, make the connections and collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to create marketing campaigns employing tactics like events, digital marketing & account based marketing to generate leads for your business.
  • Will manage the development of marketing plans, consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics that target our addressable market.

This is a 12 months full time contractor position.

What We Need From You:

  • BA/BS in business or comparable education + leadership experience in Marketing
  • Five or more years in B2B marketing
  • Three or more years in a leadership role within Marketing
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales; actual sales experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to demonstrate track record of success in all key areas of responsibility
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget
  • Ability to align tactical plans with strategies
  • Inbound marketing strategy/execution experience and strong understanding of digital marketing tactics
  • Must demonstrate strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices that apply to target markets
  • Account Based Marketing and Named account marketing experience
  • Able to market to a range of B2B buyers using a wide variety of offers (e.g. white papers, case studies, webcasts) and delivery mechanisms (email, telephone, direct mail)
  • Proven experience with Salesforce.com and Marketo
