The Field Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth, revenue impact, and market relevance across the EMEA region. This 12‑month full‑time contractor position sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, product, and data, translating strategy into account‑based execution with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute integrated, multi‑channel field marketing programs aligned with business priorities and sales objectives.
- Drive high‑quality demand focused on pipeline creation, acceleration, expansion, and retention rather than volume alone.
- Apply ABM principles to engage priority accounts and key decision‑makers.
- Lead planning and execution of high‑impact events (executive roundtables, hosted events, sponsored conferences, webinars) with clear objectives, defined audiences, and post‑event conversion plans.
- Measure success beyond attendance, tracking pipeline influence, opportunities created, and revenue contribution.
- Continuously test and adopt new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Act as a trusted business partner to sales, aligning on target accounts, priorities, and success metrics and supporting sales motions with relevant content, events, and enablement initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on pipeline, opportunity progression, and revenue impact using insights to optimize future programs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital, Alliances, and Customer teams to support go‑to‑market initiatives, launches, and regional adaptations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, SaaS, or regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B buying journeys, demand generation & ABM, and events as a growth lever.
- Comfortable working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
- Business‑minded: focus on business outcomes, not just activity.
- Curious and adaptable around AI, automation, and new marketing practices.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels.
