The Office Administrator will manage office processes, including mail, supplies, facilities coordination, contract preparation, and support to the Registrations team.
The role requires being in the Farnborough office at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and distribute incoming post from the Brighton office.
- Prepare outbound post, including registration packs, scanning, courier arrangements, and correspondence.
- Order company certificates required for the Registration team.
- Draft and prepare Statement of Work contracts, reviewing templates and liaising with Sales on queries.
- Resolve contractual discrepancies proactively.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate courier services, and organise paper files.
- Collaborate with the local office team (Spaces) and central facilities management.
- Respond to internal queries from colleagues.
- Maintain Managed Services Resource Manuals for Registrations and Compliance, updating templates as needed.
- Support EMEA Managed Services by arranging quarterly Town Hall meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Assist with internal team surveys and other engagement initiatives.
- Perform special projects and duties as assigned.

- 1-2 years of office administration or facilities‑related experience.
- Excellent time‑management, decision‑making and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑player with cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of working autonomously.
