We are currently looking for a Head of Value Realisation & Sustainability to join Sovini, part of The Sovini Group.

As a Head of Value Realisation & Sustainability, you will be expected to:
- Lead the delivery of Value for Money, ESG, Social Value, service improvement and fleet strategies, ensuring investment, transformation and operational activity deliver measurable financial, operational, customer and community outcomes.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders, Boards and Committees, oversee governance, compliance and assurance arrangements, lead environmental and sustainability programmes, including decarbonisation initiatives, and support the delivery of our Electric Vehicle roadmap.
- Be responsible for leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, driving continuous improvement, enhancing organisational performance and ensuring resources are aligned to the Group's strategic priorities, customer-focused values and commitment to sustainable growth.

To be successful in a Head of Value Realisation & Sustainability role, the skills you will need:
- Relevant degree-level/professional qualification or substantial senior-level experience.
- Senior leadership experience within a complex, multidisciplinary or regulated environment, including leading teams, setting priorities and driving performance.
- Proven track record of delivering business improvement, transformation, efficiency, productivity, Value for Money and measurable outcomes.
- Experience developing performance frameworks, KPIs, strategic reports, business cases and assurance information for senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and change leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of ESG, sustainability and Social Value, including experience delivering ESG, carbon reduction or decarbonisation initiatives.
- Ability to balance delivery with governance, risk management and assurance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, innovation and adaptability skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong organisational and team-working abilities.
- Commitment to social purpose, customer outcomes, sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
- Leadership or management qualification.
- Knowledge of social housing regulation, compliance and Value for Money requirements, including experience supporting audits, inspections, accreditations or regulatory assurance activities.
- Experience overseeing fleet operations, compliance, optimisation and/or decarbonisation programmes.
