As an Electrician you will be expected to
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, in accordance with the current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, ensuring all work is completedsafely, professionallyandtoaconsistentlyhigh standard.
- Be responsiblefordeliveringexcellentcustomerservice, ensuringcustomersreceiveapositiveexperienceandthatallworkmeetsregulatoryandqualityrequirements.
- Be an integral member of the team, you will provide an efficient and effective electrical service, working collaborativelywithbothtradeoperativesandoffice-based Youwillcontributetoapositive, supportiveandproductiveworkingenvironment, demonstratingprofessionalism, teamworkandacommitmenttocontinuousimprovementinservicedelivery.

- To be successful in an Electrician role, the skills you will need
- Formal technical qualification in Electrical Installation
- Qualified to City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 (or equivalent) NVQ 3 for electrical installation
- City & Guilds 2381/2382 18th edition wiring regulations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and/or Codes of Practice i. e., Construction, Building Regulations and Health & Safety.
- The ability to deliver work plans to timetable, often under pressure.
- Sound Practical knowledge of electrical, construction and maintenance functions.
- Able to form and maintain good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
- Experience of working in a building environment and completing electrical repair work in occupied homes.
- Ability to correctly isolate and prove isolation before working on electrical circuits.
- Installation experience with all types of cable and cable management.
- Full UK Driving License
- Have an extensive tool selection to carry out electrical work, e. g. Cordless power tools, VDE Hand tools

- Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
- Door entry, CCTV, fire alarm, gates systems knowledge.
