We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to join Sovini, part of The Sovini Group. This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 24 months. As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will be expected to:
- Lead change across the Group, delivering transformation initiatives that improve how services are designed, delivered and supported.
- Work across business and technology, combining project management and business analysis to deliver clear outcomes and value for money.
- Challenge existing processes and systems, working closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and turn them into deliverable change.
- Act as a bridge between operational teams and digital services, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, solutions meet operational need, and change is successfully implemented.
- Manage a portfolio of complex change projects, providing assurance on governance, benefits, risk and delivery.
- Support continuous improvement by promoting consistent standards, improving reporting and strengthening organisational capability across the Group.
- Commit to equality and diversity and promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Digital Transformation Manager role, the skills you will need:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Digital, IT, Business or Transformation.
- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM).
- Proven delivery of complex digital, IT or business change.
- Experience managing multiple projects or change initiatives.
- Strong business analysis skills (process mapping, requirements, solution design).
- Experience working with operational teams to deliver service improvements.
- Ability to develop business cases, benefits plans and value-for-money assessments.
- Experience working with IT teams, suppliers and third-party partners.
- Knowledge of formal project governance and change control.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and process improvement.
- Confident presenting progress, risks and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, practical solutions.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, dashboards).
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

- Housing or public sector qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
