We are currently looking for a Key Accounts Coordinator to join Sovini Trade Supplies, part of The Sovini Group. As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you will be expected to:
- Be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery.
- Providing strong product knowledge to support Trade and Retail customers.
- Resolving enquiries and complaints promptly.
- Use BISTRACK to manage transactions in line with procedures.
- Contributing to business objectives through effective teamwork, stock control, safe working practices whilst providing commitment to equality, diversity, and health and safety.
