We are currently looking for a Plastering Apprentice to join Sovini Property Services, part of The Sovini Group. Are you a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, keen to learn and grow? What You’ll Do:

  • Assist experienced plasterers with various tasks, including mixing, applying, and finishing plaster.
  • Learn and develop skills in plastering techniques, including wet and dry lining, finishing, and jointing.
  • Work efficiently and safely to meet deadlines and project requirements.
  • Follow instructions and guidance from supervisors to ensure high-quality work.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Attend regular meetings with supervisors to discuss progress, goals, and any challenges.
  • Attend college as required to obtain the practical skills and any associated qualifications in the trade to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Comply with all relevant risk assessments and method statements.
  • Undertake internal and external training as required.
  • Positively promote and demonstrate the values of the business.
  • Adhere to section 7 of the health and safety at work act and take reasonable care of own safety and the health and safety of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
