Sovereignty Care Ltd is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in the Waltham Forest area.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
- Support with meal preparation, feeding where required and maintaining hydration.
- Provide medication support in accordance with care plans and company policies.
- Assist with light household tasks and daily living activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor service users’ wellbeing and report any changes or concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records and respect confidentiality.
- Promote dignity, independence, safeguarding and the wellbeing of every service user.
