We have a great opportunity for an Operations Support Team Manager to join our team working from our Hurn Office on a Permanent, full-time basis. Through inspirational and visible leadership, the role will lead the Operational Support Team and have ownership of all aspects of support required for the area of the business including scheduling, administration and compliance coordination. The role is responsible for the coordination of all customer appointments for planned, responsive and compliance through to completion, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and customer experience is optimised. The role will provide direction, leadership and delivery of the Operational Support team, combined with the delivery of both our operational and financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Operational Support Team.
- Own scheduling, administration, compliance coordination and customer appointment management.
- Ensure regulatory obligations are met and customer experience is optimised.
- Provide direction, leadership and delivery of operational and financial goals.
- Develop working relationships with stakeholders and observe SNG's policies.
- Ensure compliance processes and procedures are followed accurately.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams.
- Support budget delivery and monitor expenditure and compliance support.
- Manage performance against agreed targets.
- Promote a positive collaborative culture of building safety and compliance.
- Escalate concerns to the Building Safety & Compliance team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and use complex data and create insightful reporting to support business performance and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder management skills with demonstrable ability to engage and influence others.
- Ability to inspire, support and develop others to optimise their performance.
- Significant experience of operating within a large fast-paced service environment handling a blended operation of planned, reactive and compliance service demand.
- Knowledge and application of customer management systems.
- Evidence of excellent customer service achievements in a complex delivery environment.
- Know how to create honest communication and inclusive relationships to ensure people are motivated and own and are accountable for their work.
