Labourer for the Property Team at Sovereign Network Group in South Devon, helping to maintain and repair a portfolio of residential properties. Work includes indoor and outdoor tasks across multiple sites, usually in a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality basic repair and maintenance works
  • All aspects of internal and external cleaning, including guttering
  • Assist with lifting and carrying duties for personnel or materials
  • Deliver and collect various materials and equipment
  • Perform damp and mould washing as required

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in labouring skills
  • Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices
  • Team‑oriented, enjoys working with others
  • Full and current driving licence with at least one year of driving experience; able to drive a company van
