Labourer for the Property Team at Sovereign Network Group in South Devon, helping to maintain and repair a portfolio of residential properties. Work includes indoor and outdoor tasks across multiple sites, usually in a small team.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality basic repair and maintenance works
- All aspects of internal and external cleaning, including guttering
- Assist with lifting and carrying duties for personnel or materials
- Deliver and collect various materials and equipment
- Perform damp and mould washing as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in labouring skills
- Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices
- Team‑oriented, enjoys working with others
- Full and current driving licence with at least one year of driving experience; able to drive a company van
