We are looking for a qualified Fire & Security Engineer to join our Property Compliance Team covering the Devon area.
Salary: £32,490.00 – £39,710.00 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Test, service, and install fire systems, emergency lighting, AOV, and CCTV.
- Identify faults and carry out repairs.
- Install door entry, door access, and door operator systems.
- Use IT technology such as iPads for job work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience.
- FIA or equivalent certifications.
- Electrical qualification desirable but not essential.
- Proven industry experience for fire/door entry & access.
- Training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Experience working in occupied premises.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confidence using IT technology (e.g., iPads).
- Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and ability to drive a company van.
- Ideally living within a 20‑mile radius of Exeter.
- Subject to satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check.
