Deliver a high quality property management service to market rent customers, ensuring properties are efficiently let, managed and maintained while maximising rental income and minimising void periods. The role involves pre‑tenancy and post‑tenancy activities, client satisfaction and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure properties are efficiently let, managed and maintained, maximizing rental income and minimizing void periods.
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery.
  • Carry out pre‑tenancy and post‑tenancy activities, including viewings, tenant vetting, routine property inspections, and statutory inspections.
  • Oversee void properties and arrange necessary compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across SNG and build positive relationships with customers, contractors and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Outstanding customer service skills and experience delivering services to a diverse range of customers.
  • Ability to manage positive moments and resolve challenging situations, disputes and conflicts.
  • Previous experience or exposure to housing, property, or lettings.
  • Strong diary organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience using different computer systems.
  • Understanding of internal and external stakeholder partnership working.
  • Knowledge of private, keyworker, leasing or social housing sector management.
  • Understanding of contracts, term application, implementation and breach handling.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to personal transport.
