Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Supported Housing Officer – Extra Care to oversee tenancy and estate management across two schemes in Abingdon and Hungerford, with hybrid work from Newbury or Basingstoke offices. The role focuses on safeguarding, lettings, and collaboration with care providers to help customers live independently and safely.
You will be the main contact for residents, coordinate engagement activities, and support vulnerable adults and families through a range of services.
