We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our Hurn, Christchurch Hub managing our in-house teams across our Southampton locality. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works.
What you'll need:
- Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams
- Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets
- Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health & Safety regulations
- A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction
- Drives a strong health & safety focus
- Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders with the ability to influence
- Is experienced in managing, motivating and inspiring a trades team who takes pride in their work
