About the Role

Are you an experienced Process Improvement Analyst looking for your next challenge? We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Process Improvement Analyst to join our Business Architecture and Process Improvement team at Sovereign Network Group (SNG).

Based from our office in Basingstoke, you’ll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work/life balance. There may be some travel required with this role to our other offices, so you should be happy to travel and have access to transport.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Senior Process Improvement Analyst, you’ll support our Business Process Delivery Manager to deliver, enhance, and maintain a comprehensive catalogue of process maps across SNG, through a Centre of Excellence (CofE) model. Managing a team of Process Improvement Analysts, this role plays a crucial part in driving and delivering process initiatives that lead to business improvements, efficiencies, and measurable results in alignment with SNG’s strategic objectives and policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working across the business to map and improve business process maps, driving a culture of process improvement, supporting the development of a centre of excellence in line with the business process improvement framework.
  • Managing the Process Improvement team, providing clear direction, support, and encouraging a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Working with customer experience teams to review pain points in the customer journey and discover improvement opportunities through root cause analysis.
  • Supporting the Process Improvement Delivery Manager to maintain a pipeline of process improvement opportunities in alignment with business needs.
  • Managing resource demand for Process Improvement Analysts, workload, and priorities, ensuring effective utilisation.
  • Developing and generating regular process initiative delivery reports to demonstrate the impact of process improvements on organisational performance.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to have demonstrable experience within a similar role in process analysis or a related field, with previous experience managing and developing teams. You’ll have experience in applying BPM standards and frameworks, such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, APQC, and other continuous improvement practices. You’ll also need:

  • Demonstrable experience in the design, improvement, and implementation of business process models using BPMN and process modelling tools and software (e.g., Signavio, Bizagi, ARIS).
  • Strong experience of change management practices and project management principles, working in transformative environments with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in using and maintaining BPM software and tools for process mapping and analysis (e.g., Adonis, Visio, ARIS, Bizagi).
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and mentoring people, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, managing conflicts, and facilitating professional development.
  • Proficiency in analysing complex data sets and processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to articulate return on investment.
  • Understanding of how to integrate control activities into business processes to comply with regulatory standards, relevant laws, and business rules.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in planning and facilitating workshops across large diverse groups.
