Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a debt adviser to provide FCA-regulated debt advice to customers, including those in vulnerable situations. You will work by phone, online, and face-to-face in homes or communities, tailoring support and managing a caseload.
You’ll perform income and expenditure assessments, negotiate with creditors and agencies, maintain accurate case records, and mentor less experienced colleagues to shape our debt advice service for the future.
