The Role involves working closely with Senior Process Improvement Analysts and the Business Process Delivery Manager to implement process improvement initiatives across SNG. This role is essential in leading and implementing process initiatives that drive business improvements, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable results in line with SNG's strategic objectives and policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating, improving and maintaining detailed process maps across a variety of business functions, ensuring deliverables align with SNG's process standard.
  • Contributing to building a pipeline of process improvement opportunities by collaborating with key stakeholders to understand in detail the process work needed.
  • Executing process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.
  • Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders across the business, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure buy-in for process improvement initiatives.
  • Integrating control activities into business processes to minimise risk and ensure compliance.
  • Working with customer experience teams to review pain points and issues by undertaking root cause analysis on internal and external processes, ensuring desired customer experience across the end-to-end customer journey is reflected in process models.
  • Collecting and analysing data to track and measure the impact of process improvements through change initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within process analysis or a related field.
  • Skilled in applying BPM standards and frameworks, such as BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, APQC, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in the design, improvement and implementation of business process models using BPMN and process modelling tools and software (e.g., Signavio, Bizagi, ARIS).
  • Awareness of change management practices, and project management principles, working in transformative environments with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in using and maintaining BPM software and tools for process mapping and analysis (e.g. Adonis, Visio, ARIS, Bizagi).
  • Expertise in analysing complex data sets and processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to articulate return on investment.
  • Understanding of how to integrate control activities into business processes to comply with regulatory standards, relevant laws and business rules.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of planning and facilitating workshops across large diverse groups.
