Sovereign Network Group in Hertford is hiring a Customer Support Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:30am–2:30pm, with a starting salary of £17,568–£18,919 (£26,000–£28,000 full-time equivalent).

You will provide administrative support in the Customer Service Management Centre, including reception, order processing, mail merges and consent forms, helping our customers and neighbourhood teams with a positive, flexible approach.
