Our specialist Key Worker housing offers self-catering accommodation ranging from shared flats for single residents to apartments and houses for couples or families. We provide flexible stays from one night to a year or more.

- Carrying out site health and safety inspections and property checks.
- Logging repairs, liaising with contractors, and keeping residents updated.
- Managing post and general administration.

- Attention to detail and confidence with figures (rent calculations and invoicing).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a similar environment such as hospitality, lettings, or shared accommodation is desirable.
