As a Facilities Technician you\’ll be carrying out routine workplace checks and managing the programme of routine maintenance to the inside and outside of our office buildings in the South West.
You\’ll carry out a wide range of internal repairs including joinery, plumbing (non- qualified jobs), internal painting and general maintenance. Alongside the upkeep of external parking areas, landscaped spaces, and storage areas.
You will also oversee contractors working onsite, raise work orders, source materials and contribute to the safety of our buildings and our colleagues using them.
You will need to have experience in a similar role, within office or workplace maintenance and excellent customer service and people skills. As it\’s a multi-site role you will need to be happy to travel between our office locations.
The ability to independently carry out a range of minor repairs as required
Excellent organisation and problem solving skills
The ability to build and develop working relationships both internally and externally
Confidence in using various IT systems for work management
A basic knowledge of heating and cooling ventilation systems is desirable but not essential
As you\’ll be travelling you\’ll need to have a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months, we offer a company van and a fuel card for your work related travel.

The starting salary will be Β£28,000 – Β£32,000 depending on experience., 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an extra day every year up to 30 days)
