Sovereign Network Group is seeking a Supported Housing Officer – Extra Care in the UK to deliver tenancy and estate management across two Extra Care schemes in Andover and Bournemouth. The role operates on a hybrid basis, with 3-4 days on-site at our schemes and the rest working from home, based in the Hurn or Blandford offices.
You will work closely with care providers, manage lettings and respond to safeguarding and ASB concerns while engaging residents to live independently and safely.
