We're currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our Property Team in our South Devon locality. You'll be completing works inside and outside of our properties and communities, so you'll need a passion to work outdoors whatever the weather!
You'll carry out labouring duties to SNG's properties as part of the Property Repairs Team, working as part of a small team. Tasks include:
- Providing quality basic repair and maintenance works
- All aspects of internal and external cleaning including guttering
- 2nd Person support lifting and carrying etc
- Deliver and collect various materials
- Damp and mould washing
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in labouring skills
- Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices
- Enjoy working as part of a team
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van. This role is subject to a satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check.
