Overview
We have an opportunity for a Customer Specialist – Property to join our team. This will be a full time permanent role based in either our Blandford, Basingstoke or Newbury office. You\\\’ll combine home and office working to ensure a positive work/life balance. The starting salary is £27,500 – £32,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Specialist, use your repairs and maintenance knowledge to offer a personalised service to our customers, helping them with their existing repairs.
- Take a case management approach by managing each query from beginning to end, scheduling in works and liaising with key stakeholders.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their issues and resolve them in the most appropriate way, keeping them informed of any agreed actions.
- Ensure all relevant systems are up to date and the data is of high quality.
What\\\’ll you need
- Knowledge of repairs or a background in maintenance
- Ability to self-motivate and be highly organised
- Experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to use multiple computer systems
- Previous experience of working with customers in a busy environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise your workflow
