We are currently seeking a Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations support team in the Fire and Security division at our new Hurn Office, on a Permanent Part-Time basis, working 18.5 hours per week.
About Sovereign Network Group (SNG)
In October 2023, we joined forces with Network Homes, making us the 6th largest housing association in the UK. Sovereign and Network Homes have merged as SNG, combining the best of both organizations to create an even stronger entity.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include receiving work orders and scheduling work diaries for tradespeople performing repairs and maintenance for our residents. You will liaise with trade staff and other repairs personnel to ensure appointment targets are met and communicate with residents regarding their scheduled repairs and maintenance.

- Assist in resolving complaints and queries
- Manage diaries and booking schedules for the team
- Complete administrative tasks as required
- Seek opportunities to improve performance and propose solutions
