Sovereign Network Group seeks a Supported Housing Officer - Extra Care to cover two schemes in Abingdon and Hungerford, with a base in Newbury or Basingstoke.
The role is hybrid, with on-site presence at schemes 3-4 days per week and remaining days split between home and office.
You will manage tenancies, safeguarding and ASB, inspections and compliance, lettings, and work with care providers to help customers live independently, safely and confidently.
