You’ll work directly with residents to understand their needs, aspirations, and barriers. Through a blend of digital, phone, and face‑to‑face support, you’ll guide them toward training, work placements, and sustainable employment. Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored advice, guidance, and coaching.

- Provide in‑work support to help residents sustain employment and continue developing.

- Maintain accurate records, track outcomes, and ensure services meet SNG’s standards.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering professional advice, guidance, or employment support using a coaching approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
- A genuine passion for helping customers achieve their goals and thrive.
- A Level 4 qualification in Advice & Guidance or willingness to work toward one (Desirable).
- Understanding of data quality monitoring and reconciliation methods (Desirable).
- Basic DBS check will be undertaken for the successful candidate.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential, as travel throughout the region may be required.
- Minimum of two days a week working in the office or in the community (hybrid).
