We're currently recruiting for a Labourer to join our Property Team in our Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole locality. You will be completing works inside and outside of our properties and communities, needing a passion for outdoor work regardless of weather. You will carry out labouring duties to SNG's properties as part of the Property Repairs Team, working as part of a small team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing quality basic repair and maintenance works
- All aspects of internal and external cleaning including guttering
- 2nd Person support, foot of ladder, lifting and carrying etc
- Deliver and collect various materials
You will have demonstrable experience in labouring skills.
Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of this role, candidates must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 1 year driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van.
- Must have a strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of health & safety best practices.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week.
