Overview
In this role you will manage outsourced fire and security works across our portfolio, ensuring statutory compliance and high value-for-money service. You will work with contractors and internal teams to drive performance, quality, and regulatory adherence, shaping the delivery of planned, cyclical, reactive, and small projects. Your focus on governance, reporting, and continuous improvement will support safe, compliant housing services. This is a hands-on contract management position in our Property Services team with regional travel.

Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of outsourced fire and security cyclical, planned, reactive and small project works across the portfolio
- Ensure compliance obligations are met and service quality aligns with SNG specifications and standards
- Liaise with Asset Safety and Compliance and raise concerns as required
- Support Procurement on contract awards in line with SNG requirements
- Lead creation and delivery of reporting for planned/cyclical and maintenance programmes to meet KPIs
- Engage with contractors to audit fire door replacements for scope and technical compliance
- Chair and facilitate contractor meetings, providing performance reports against specifications and KPIs
- Maintain accurate asset registers and records
Key requirements
- Experience in contractor management and performance oversight
- Knowledge of fire and security systems and relevant regulatory/industry standards
- Ability to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and quality standards
