The Role
Your responsibilities will include receiving work orders and scheduling work diaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance works for our residents. You'll liaise with trade staff and repairs staff to ensure appointment targets are met and communicate with residents regarding scheduled repairs and maintenance.
- Responsible for delivering the right outcome for our customers
- Act as a first point of contact within your area for business partners
- Assist in handling complaints and queries
- Manage a diary and booking schedule for the team
- Complete administrative tasks as required
- Seek opportunities to improve performance and suggest solutions
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders
