You will lead a large team to deliver safe, customer-centric, high-quality property repairs, improvements, projects, and maintenance services. The delivery will involve in-house staff, subcontractors, main contractors, and external consultants. You must ensure all works are conducted safely and competently, meeting all regulatory and legislative obligations, while maintaining customer focus.
