We have an opportunity for an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst to join our team in Hurn.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role until September 2026, primarily office-based.
The starting salary is £39,000 – £42,000 depending on experience.
The Role:
As an IT Service Local Delivery Analyst, you\’ll provide local IT systems support, training, and advice to SNG colleagues. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of the organisation\’s devices, infrastructure, and applications.
You will ensure efficient resolution of IT support tickets, working within operating & service level agreements (SLAs), and utilizing service desk tools (ITSM system, knowledge system, monitoring, etc.) to log, prioritize, categorize, and resolve interactions.
This role supports end-user computing across all SNG locations, acting as an escalation point for the central IT service delivery team and providing local hands-on support for the wider CIO teams.
Due to travel requirements, you must hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence and have your own vehicle.
What we need from you:
- High customer focus and collaborative working skills.
- Experience working on an IT Service Desk or in a technical team, with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, webchat, email, or digital assistant.
- ITIL v3 or v4 Practitioner certification is advantageous.
We are looking for:
- Experience troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of hardware, especially PCs, printers, and AV equipment.
- Ability to work office-based and travel between SNG sites.
- Confident in delivering basic user training for AV services.
- Self-motivated team player capable of working independently in remote locations.
