Your main responsibilities will be:
- Co-ordinate and distribute essential support for customers
- Respond to customer queries to establish need and ensure the appropriate support and onward referrals are in place
- Respond and appropriately deal with additional service enquiries received into the inbox, team Dynamics tasks and via the SNG website by customers, colleagues and external organisations.
- Administer, co-ordinate the implement the delivery and monitoring of customer grants and support interventions
- Processing finance requests
- Supporting with other Employment and Skills related projects
