At Sovereign Design Play Systems Ltd, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven professional to establish and lead a new Tender Department within our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the public sector procurement process, has strong organisational and leadership skills, and can develop a structured, successful bid and tender function from the ground up. Experience working within the play industry would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all tender and bid submissions
  • Develop and implement tender processes and procedures
  • Identify new tender opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Coordinate submissions with sales, design, estimating, and project teams
  • Prepare high-quality PQQs, SQs, and tender responses
  • Manage tender timelines, compliance, and documentation
