Sovereign & Bale is seeking a dedicated Mentor to support young people aged 18–24 in overcoming barriers, building confidence and moving into sustainable employment. You will manage your own caseload, delivering tailored one-to-one support from initial assessment through to job preparation, employment and in-work support.
You will establish strong relationships with participants, employers and stakeholders to develop skills, confidence and experience needed for secure, sustained employment.
