We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead a team of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Specialists delivering the Connect to Work programme across West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic people manager with a passion for employment support, mental health, and community engagement. You will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring quality delivery, supporting staff development, and maintaining fidelity to the IPS model.
Working closely with local health services, community organisations, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, and employers, you will play a key role in helping individuals facing health-related barriers move into and sustain meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Employment Specialists to achieve and exceed contractual targets.
- Provide regular supervision, coaching, mentoring and field observations.
- Monitor and manage team performance, quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Ensure delivery aligns with IPS principles and evidence-based practice.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with health professionals, local authorities, employers and community partners.
- Support employer engagement activities to create sustainable employment opportunities.
- Manage operational performance including referrals, participant engagement, job outcomes and retention.
- Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans where required.
- Produce reports and updates for senior management.
