Position: Curriculum and IQA Lead Location: Hybrid/North London Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 Type: Permanent The Role The IQA and Curriculum Lead is tasked with delivering exceptional training and assessment to all apprentices and or adult skills-funded programmes in line with government policies, contractual compliance, and funding allocations. This role involves managing a team of tutors, leading the delivery of standards/frameworks or AEB qualifications, reporting regularly on performance, and creating new opportunities for the organisation to expand its portfolio of work and respond to the evolving needs of existing and future customers. Main Duties and Responsibilities o    Monitor tutors’ performance to ensure timely task completion and adherence to assessment practices as required by the framework & Awarding Body specifications. o    Innovate and implement curriculum changes that align with the organisation’s needs, local communities’ priorities, government priorities, and awarding bodies’ requirements. o    Contribute to the development and execution of the Service’s Quality Improvement Strategy by ensuring excellence in assessment, moderation, and verification processes. o    Prepare staff and program-related documentation for inspection visits, with particular attention given to the accuracy of timetables, work diaries, scheme of work, and lesson plans. o    Introduce, …
