About Us: Sova is redefining the future of talent assessment. Our B2B SaaS platform helps global enterprises - including Vodafone, Unilever, Sky and TUI - transform hiring through intelligent automated skills assessments, personalised candidate experiences, and AI-powered insights.

About the Role: We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is deeply strategic, data-driven, and obsessed with understanding customers and their buying journeys. You’ll shape how our products are perceived in the market, influence roadmap decisions, and be a key player in supporting multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles that often span months. You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, with a clear mission: to position Sova as a category leader in AI-driven talent assessment solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Market Intelligence - Lead continuous, AI-assisted market, buyer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Translate insights into actionable inputs for positioning, messaging, and product roadmap. Champion voice-of-the-customer programs to refine segmentation and persona development.
  • Product Positioning & Differentiation - Define and refine positioning for complex enterprise use cases and long buying journeys. Craft tailored messaging by persona, sector, and buying stage that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with Product to translate technical features into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership - Own go-to-market planning for major launches, expansions, and AI innovations. Partner with Product and Sales to build launch plans, rollout strategies, and success metrics. Pilot and iterate messaging using AI-driven experimentation and feedback loops.
  • Sales & Revenue Enablement - Create high-impact collateral (battlecards, playbooks, demo scripts, ROI calculators). Enable Sales and RevOps teams with training and competitive positioning. Support ABM and deal-cycle strategies with custom content and insights.
  • Performance & Impact Measurement - Track product marketing success using analytics platforms and tools. Report regularly on messaging effectiveness, win/loss trends, pipeline impact, and content performance. Rapidly iterate based on data and field feedback.
  • Internal & Customer Collaboration - Partner with Customer Success to spotlight customer outcomes and build references. Use AI tools to synthesise customer feedback at scale for product and marketing use. Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, GTM, and Customer teams.

About You: 3–5 years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise customers. Strong understanding of long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying decisions. Strategic thinker with hands-on skills in messaging, competitive analysis, and GTM planning. Exceptional storyteller who can adapt language for C-suite, HR leaders, and technical evaluators. Confident using AI tools for research, testing, and campaign optimisation. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and feedback loops. Comfortable working in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.

Bonus points for: Experience within the talent acquisition or HR technology industry. Hands-on demonstrable experience with user research and competitor research.
