About This Role
Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term 12 months maximum) with an additional role as Classroom Cover TA at Zouch Academy, a school serving over 400 pupils aged 4‑11 years and an on‑site nursery. The position requires 2.25 hours per week, salary range WHFNJC M Grade £1,596.40 to £1,801.24.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the curriculum and facilitate learning for children.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to plan and implement lessons.
- Help children with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
- Promote a positive learning environment and engage children in classroom activities.
- Participate in school life and contribute to a supportive team atmosphere.
