About This Role

The Role
- SENDCO with teaching responsibilities.
- Hours: 32.5 hours per week (0.8 FTE would be considered for the right candidate β please mention on application).
- Start Date: September 2026.
- Contract: Permanent.
- Salary: Salary Grade MPS 1 to UPS 3 plus SEN allowance.

About Whiteland's Academy
Whiteland's Academy is a new, mixed, comprehensive 11-16 school in Bicester, providing 600 places in a state-of-the-art building. In our most recent inspection, the school was rated GOOD in most areas and OUTSTANDING in others. The school community is warm, collaborative, and aspirational, with strong teamwork and leadership.
