We are looking for a proactive Site Manager to join our team, initially to provide cover for long-term sickness at The Croft School. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop within the position, with the potential for progression into a wider facilities role across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness and maintenance throughout our school premises.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable, responsible and flexible, able to ensure school security and safety as well as high levels of maintenance and cleanliness.
  • An experienced Caretaker or Handyperson at a senior level.
  • Able to motivate and lead a small team.
  • Knowledgeable on moving and handling procedures.

Salary & Working Hours:

  • Salary: TWHF NJC L7-L15 £26,403.00 to £30,024.00 per year
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 37.00 per week, all year round. (7am-11am and 2.30pm-6.00pm Mon to Thurs & 7am-11am and 2.30pm-5.30pm Friday)
