Role Details

Position: Specialist Teaching Assistant

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks (Term time only). Monday: 8.30am – 4.30pm. Tuesday to Thursday: 8.30am – 3.30pm. Friday: 8.30am – 2.30pm.

Salary: TWHF L 7 to L15 £20,606.28 to £23,432.30 Actual Salary

St. Luke’s is a vibrant, thriving and rapidly improving specialist school in Swindon, providing education for secondary-aged children with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have small class sizes with an average of 10 students and are committed to helping each of our students reach their full potential.

We are looking for an inspirational, self‑motivated and committed Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team.
