The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College is seeking a proactive Intervention Lead to support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning within our Swindon community. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week, term time only) offers a rewarding environment with strong pastoral support and extensive enrichment opportunities.
You will design and deliver targeted interventions, track outcomes with data, and work closely with pastoral teams to raise engagement, attendance and achievement.
