Job Description:
- Must have a high level of knowledge of equipment/processes from start to finish and be willing to learn where development is needed or when new processes are launched.
- Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals in the most efficient way possible.
- Act as the first point of contact when problems arise, and escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if unresolved.
- Ensure operators perform tasks in accordance with SOPs.
- Lead, and be capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs.
- Stress safety at all times.
- Ensure work areas are clean and well-organized.
- Train operators where needed.
