St. George’s School is a small dynamic Church of England primary school in Camberwell with wonderfully behaved children and a strong, supportive team ethos. In line with our supportive team ethos, we view this maternity cover as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship. While the role is currently fixed-term, we are open to offering a permanent position to a candidate who proves to be an outstanding fit for our children and our community once the fixed term comes to an end.
We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers and we are able to offer EYFS, KS1 or lower KS2 positions. We are a ‘Good’ school (Ofsted July 2023) with a rating of ‘Outstanding’ for Personal Development:
