Colicci is a family-run hospitality brand, proudly serving London’s Iconic greenspaces. Our Dulwich Park café is a vibrant destination for locals and visitors, known for its fantastic coffee, freshly made food, and warm hospitality.
We’re looking for a hands-on Head Chef to oversee our all day dining menus andto take charge of our kitchen, leading a passionate team, and delivering an exceptional food offer made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the kitchen – ensuring smooth operations and maintaining top food quality.
- Bringing energy – managing operations efficiently and proactively.
- Building & mentoring your team – developing skills, training chefs and ensuring high standards.
- Managing stock & suppliers – maintaining fresh ingredients and controlling costs.
- Ensuring excellence in hygiene & safety – upholding the highest kitchen and food safety standards.
- Collaborating with the General Manager – driving the café’s success through an outstanding food offering.
What We’re Looking For:
- An experienced chef – with a background in café, casual dining, or restaurant kitchens.
- A skilled leader – with experience running a kitchen and managing a team.
- A quality-obsessed chef – committed to using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- A cool head under pressure – keeping the energy high in a busy, fast-paced
- A problem-solver – able to think on your feet and handle the unexpected.
